Sanur on a A$50 per night budget???

Following on from my previous post re solo trip to Bali on a budget in May I am leaning towards Sanur for the final 5 nights. There seem to be some nice places loosely listed as Sanur - but seemingly a fair way out

Wanting to be pretty central and not too far from the beach two places seem pretty close to this budget - if a little above

RAMAYANA (seems to be a part of Swastika Bungalows)

PURI KELAPA (a standard room rather than a cottage)

Any thoughts on these 2 - or any other suggestions greatly appreciated
