Have to agree with the above report - on a Garuda 10.30pm flight to Sydney - go through 2 security checks - 1st one very long as you enter showing your ticket - next one you are gender separated. Boarding pass said Gate 6 - Info board says Gate 10 - gate 10 not by 9 - 12 but along the other end by Gate 2 (figure that) Gate 10 is for bus departures so either down a steep flight of stairs or narrow escalator. 3 flights leaving through Gate 10 at same time - Darwin, Sydney & Brisbane & again they wanted to search everybodys bags - trying to funnel 3 flights into one holding bay with 3 buses taking you out to planes - Absolutely nowhere to sit whilst waiting - state of carpets are filthy - it is an absolute joke that this is a new airport - we departed Bali last Nov just after airport had opened & basically nothing much has happened since then except to make you walk through all the Duty Free & Designer shops - Remember this is the quiet time, end of February, imagine what it will be like in peak times & school holidays.
