I don't think they'll ever finish it, they will be forever fixing up the shoddy workmanship and cost cutting that has taken place. Last week I noticed a few lights around the place only hanging on by one bolt the other had fallen out. Went to the gents at the far end near "gate" 12 noticed a bit of exposed wiring around the place, glad I'm not the one who has to throw some water around to clean the place.
