That was what was supposed to happen in the old airport but didn't. Yes taken through to lounge etc but that was where the service stopped. Food not replaced, no toilet paper in toilets (own toilets then) and I had to remind them to take me to the plane. Might give them another go this trip as did have to wait a long time at check in November. Cheers, Stormy
