Great value no standing in lines whatsoever we found lounge very adequate plenty of food and drink comfy seats wifi. From check in no Qs fast tracked all the way throug to lounge then they come and get you and take you through the last part of customs and seat you on plane while everyone's waiting to board. Will always use it now whenever we fly with AA. Cheers Dave
