Thanks for your story about flying Air Asia X to Bali via KL. I am flying from Sydney to Bali via KL with Air Asia X next week, so I will have to grin and bear with it.
Your daughter will get used to be followed around by shop assistants in Indonesia. Once, I went to a supermarket in Semarang, Java. The shop assistant took over my trolley and when I pointed at an item, she would put it in the trolley. When I reached the cash register, she unloaded the trolley, charged me then packed my shopping in bags!
