We got the cheap Ebay deal - a week for $99 with a second voucher for free. So we had two connecting rooms for $99 for a week. Only ended up staying 3 nights though, as we found it all a bit quiet in Candi Dasa for us. Not into diving or beach trips and had already visited many of the nearby areas the year before.
We actually had water provided in the rooms - 2 bottles per room which were replaced each day. We found the breakfast to be fine and had a couple of other meals at the hotel which were not cheap but not overpriced and were fine.
We had the same rooms near the bar. Limited privacy but not a huge deal. Smallish rooms but adequate and the shower was tiny.
I doubt I'd pay full asking price for the place, but we were happy getting the two rooms for 3 nights for under $100 :)
