Vaccinations for overseas, do you?

I have been recently surprised that well travelled friends don't have the advised vaccinations when travelling overseas, mainly Asia.
I have always taken the advice of my doctor and referred to the Smart Traveller Aus Gov advisory site.
Eg, Tetanus up to date, Typhoid, Cholera, Hep A, Measles, etc

Do you have regular vaccinations before travelling to Bali and beyond?
