That the place is in need of urgent renovations especially the supposedly deluxe rooms around the pool. Stayed there on many previous occasions being so convenient to the general Kuta area.Staff in the breakfast area always very friendly & obliging.Stayed last time at the back of the hotel where these rooms were done up a few years ago but even those could do with a lick of paint again. Think we might look elsewhere.
