We had two weeks at KBC earlier this month. Stay there every year but will look for something better in future. KBC is very, very tired and rundown. The renos that we could see were to the double story units at the back on the right as you walk in past the pool bar but I believe more rooms are to be upgraded. I understand that the rooms at the very rear of the property which surround a lawn area are in much better condition. Sorry, don't know the room numbers. Big problem with pool lounges as well. Guests putting towels out at 5.00am then going on tour etc. and returning at 4.00pm and not using the pool. Also a scam with the pool attendant being paid to put towels on the guests' favorite lounges before he opens the pool. Also not enough lounges in general. But they were "ON ORDER" of course!!! Not my choice of accommodation I'm afraid.
