Having stayed at the Kumala Pantai on many occasions and the Puri Raja for the first time in January, we have booked the Puri Raja again for next year.
The breakfast is a lot better at the PR. We were in the area in July and stayed in accommodation that did not provide breakfast. We went to the PR more than once and paid for breakfast and made the mistake of doing the same at the KP (but only once). The standard was not the same.
All made fresh for you at the PR.
The only thing I would add is that the rooms, and particularly the bathrooms, are larger at the KP. Though I note you are in a delux room and we were only in a standard so that may not be the same in your case.
