You'll be pleasantly surprised, nice, small friendly complex. Great view of surf over sit down and order breakfast and the choice of two pools, one full of Aussies the other by the entrance is usually empty and you can swim laps as its a long pool. The rooms are a good size and upstairs they have balconys with frangipani views. Great value for the price. Having walked by there lately I'm disappointed by the amount of closed and being renovated shops on the street outside, it's all looking a bit run down. But great accomadation
