Topping up Simpati sim

I usually keep my sim topped up in Australia by purchasing a voucher card and entering the voucher number here ect. Except this time it is telling me invalid number phone number
What I am doing is this *133*then the voucher number then OK then my credit is usually applied.
Does anyone know if this does not apply anymore and we can no longer do it from OZ.
My credit expires on Tuesday and need this number for arrival at the end of the month
