I would contact them again and politely tell if they don't reimburse you before(choose a date)then you are going to make a complaint to the Insurance Ombudsman.
I threatened 1 Cover with the Ombudsman and they rang back 2 hours later saying they had looked at my case again and decided to pay up.
Worked for me :-)
