After filling out many forms to Alianz my claim was accepted in writing on the 14th June.
As I had paid all invoices I asked that my claim be paid direct into our account giving all details.
On the 25th June I enquired as to when it would be paid. NO REPLY.
On the 5th July I enquired again, once again NO REPLY.
On the 15th July once again I enquired with NO REPLY from them
On the 19th July I sent a copy of all emails direct to '1cover' asking that they respond & guess what...NO REPLY.
I would not recommend this company after what I have been put through as I'm still waiting for my payout after almost 2 months.
