Thanks for giving back - I've been to Bali many times and still pick up great tips from everyone's JBRs.
Interestingly the traffic in Legian has been bad since 1987 so IMO it hasn't got too much worse, given it wasn't really great even in those days. Doesn't make it any more pleasant when it takes ages to get anywhere but maybe it isn't going downhill as fast as it seems (she said hopefully)!
