calculate what is owed for the VOA using whatever rate they decide on the day and after the rounding up and jiggling of the amount or whatever the hell they decide to call what they are doing with your money the surplus is re-converted to IDR using the same process and stack it in a ready to grab pile. If you are of the belief that this equates to exchanging your AUD to IDR directly with a money changer then I have a bridge to sell you.
