we were picked up around 8, taken to Ubud Markets which was great, then onto rice fields and family compound for intros and info. all great. Cooking lots of hands on, no slacking allowed, lots of chopping, grinding and stirring - everyone got a turn. We didnt finish until about 2.30 or 3pm. Numbers i would have estimated about 20 maximum but it didnt seem overcrowded due to their set up and they are extremely organised. HEAPS of reviews on Trip Advisor.
