12 foreigners robbed at Legian hotel

Safes are not safe as we experienced last year.
When checking out, we wanted access to the hotel safe to get our passports, but they could not open the safe. Our key worked but theirs' didnt so they had to get someone to force it open. Not sure why their key didnt work. (probably gave it to some one else)
