Virgin meals

Using Virgin next week and wondering has anyone travelled since they have included the meals for free. Wondering what the meal actually consisted of, mainly as we have a 2 year old so am wondering if i would be able to request a childrens meal before we leave. Maybe they don't have them. Planning to bring him snacks anyway. WE are travelling from Sydney.

Are they free for all fare types, we have saver. Thanks so mauch.
