I managed to get the fare for around $800 per leg for early May, but monitored all the sites for the best price. When I went to book through Garuda's website (which I thought was the cheapest) I got to the final quote in Australia dollars, which included all the taxes and add ons and went to the Pay screen and the price had jumped by over $1,000 for the 3 of us. I tried to get an explanation and was told that the price increase was the currency conversion. Needless to say, I didn't book through Garuda's website.
