My vote is for Buddah Face too! Myself and 4 of my family had Tattoos done last July in their shop opposite Legian Paradiso just off Legian Street. Great quality, great prices (don't worry about haggling they expect it!), but they're cheap enough anyway. More importantly they are spotlessly clean and hygenic.
