Having watched this Forum for a few years, I have seen the Jet* name taken in vain frequently, I have flown with them for the lst 6 trips to Bali (apart 2 trips with the ill-fated Air Australia) and apart from minor delays and flight changes, had no problems.
We were booked with them for July: Bris- Darwin- Denpasar return, but were advised on Friday that we would be now flying via Sydney both ways, a sevsn hour wait in Sydney both ways, to add insult to injury we lost the extra legroom seats we had paid for and no refund for that either!
Thank heavens that Garuda has picked up the Brisbane route again, no contest!
Must say that the people at the Asian call centre were very polite, but unmoving on the seat issue. Looks like 2 x15 hour journey times and no leg room, we are both 6fters so not looking forward to that. Any other Brisbane folks having the same hassles?
