We used Bali Baby about a month ago (www.balibaby.com) and they were great! Everything was ready for us when we arrived at our villa and all was super clean. Dead easy to organise too. Will use them again next year for sure.
I agree with the others though, we found nappies easy to get and baby food expensive.
We hired a car seat so no problems getting around.
