I would suggest taking a good stroller from home - when I say good, you want a strong one that can handle the footpaths in Bali. Depending who you are flying with you should be able to take it through the airport and to the terminal gate.
Take your own baby food - baby food here is expensive, a rafferty's garden sachet is around $5 and hienze around $1.30 a jar.
If your baby is still drinking formula - bring it with you, the formula here is different and most have a lot of sugar. If your baby is drinking fresh milk, you can buy green fields here which is ok.
For activities - lollipops on sunset road is great for little ones, they have a small swim/water area and inside a big play area. Just google lollipops playcentre.
If you have a baby sling/carrier - bring it with you. Not all restaurants have baby chairs, I found a great little baby chair harness on ebay and have to say they are great over here and dont take up much room.
Nappies over here are fine, I use the mamy poko pull ups and have never had any problems. Bring your own swim nappies as very hard to purchase over here.
For protecting against mosquitos, you can buy johnsons mosquito lotion over here which works well.
As previously said, car seats are not readily available. If you are going to hire a driver and use that driver every day then you are best to rent a car sear. If you are going to use taxi's you will have no option but to have your child sit on your lap.
For medications, I would suggest bringing panadol/nurofen, teething gel and nappy rash cream. For vacinations, best to ask your doctor. I have been living here since my daughter was 9 weeks old now 22 months old and she has just had the routine vaccinations as required in Victoria.
Make sure you you take out travel insurance so if your little one does get sick you can go straight to an international hospital.
I hope you have a great time :)
