So - why call a contact person in London??
I use Allianz - their contact people are in Brisbane (Milton to be precise). They are a German Company - a very large one - but operate in Australia through their Australian registered subsidiary. Full protection from Australian consumer laws - AND such protection is easily accessed without the need for lawyers or other expensive intermediaries!
Frankly I don't give a damn who anyone uses - just giving my opinion!
