if you return, try the grilled fish (I chose Snapper), served with rice, veges & Balinese 'raw sauce'. Simple & delicious. I've tried to replicate the sauce at home, using a recipe found on the 'net but it wasn't a patch on Mano's :-( Might have to try to charm the cook into showing me how he does it when we go back in a couple of weeks!
