I second Jeeva Klui in Sengiggi. Amazing.
I also flew to Lombok. I flew with TransNusa when the airport was closer to Sengiggi, but Jeeva Klui (& other hotesl)provide transfers from the new airport.
For WWR in Bali I did it with Alam in May and thought that they were a great company. Professional guides, beautiful scenery and most importantly not too many stairs to walk up at the end.
