1. Fly - it's cheap, quick and easy. You can book once you arrive, or before if you need to. We flew Garuda (in February this year) and the tix were about AUS$60 each return - booked on their Indoneisan website with my credit card, 48 hours beforehand. (My Trip Report is in the Archive - Feb 2012)

3. Jeeva Klui is a no-brainer if you have the $$$. Check the report (above) and their own website.
