I have bought about 7 bags from tommys over the last 3 years. Last trip I bought 3. I used one for 2 weeks and all the stitching holding handle strap on has come undone so I can't use the bag. I have not tried to take it back as not going to bali till next year, but would be very dissapointed if he wasn't prepared to fix it as obvious the bag is as new. I was planning to take it with me next year, if I can't find someone here to fix it. Not sure now weather I am wasting valuable luggage weight only to find they ownlt fix it. It is a large leather bag. what shold I do? has anyone else taken hos bags back for repairing?
