Rimo sell them in denpasar @ approx $30au but they are cheaper here on the net from HK there around $10 online with a memory card full of games.
R4 3ds cartridges dont play 3d games though just the normal ds games
if you are not going soon I have left my email open and Ill give you a online link on where to get them.
