I have purchased R4 cards from the shop outside the Matahari Supermarket at Kuta Square. Unfortunately I don't know if they have the ones that will work in a 3ds. They do have a large, large folder and you can go through and choose the games yourself. They also had R4 cards already made up for boys and girls. Takes a few days and I had my son take his DS with him to check the games. They were all good with no problems.
