Yes you most certainly can, and the quality is awesome and the price is a third of what u will pay here and yes you can get block out backing. I just had some made in August in Kuta, I will dig out my cards with numbers, there are a couple of shops. The main one everyone knows is next door to Alta Moda Material shop and tailor. I will get back on later with further details.
