Do you mean house of komang in legion- Jl Padma? i had a beautiful red chiffon cocktail dress made with matching red long scarf, about $50, their fabric. But worth it, fitted well and I got the drawing from a sewing pattern book they had in the shop.
Another good place to get things made is Black Orchid Boutique in Jl Legion. On opposite side from Bintang supermarket, but down further ( opposite the Air Asia office), towards Jl Padma.
I got 2 lovely long tops made- using my material ( I bought the chiffon multi colored pieces of material in Altra Moda in Jan when material is half price). Took the material back in June/July to have made up. They took one day to make. Turned out great. The shop also has lots of interesting clothes, one offs, larger sizes and not that expensive.
