New cigs rule? Causing any delays?

Just wondering whether anyone has noticed if the new cigarette rules are causing any extra delays at incoming customs and quarantine when coming back into Aus. Only going for a long weekend with carry on so will be sure not to buy anything that needs to be declared if it's worse than usual in the "something to declare" line.
