"You contract Hep A from eating an infected person's shi*t. This could definitely be from a food handlers not washed hands hands. That food handler does not have to be from a food cart but could be any person that works in any restaurant or place where food is sold. Get yourself vaccinated and then you don't have to worry about it"
Good Advice, I also recommend everyone to get vaccinated , I do eat from food carts especially up in the country areas like Surawatie, I like to take my own eating utensiles and a plastic bowl for those times when you cant get take away on grease proof paper.
