You contract Hep A from eating an infected person's shi*t. This could definitely be from a food handlers not washed hands hands. That food handler does not have to be from a food cart but could be any person that works in any restaurant or place where food is sold. Get yourself vaccinated and then you don't have to worry about it. You can then eat as much shi*t as you like :)
