You need your iTunes to do this. I recently had my iPhone unlocked. Vodaphone did something at their end but I still needed to follow a two page instruction sheet. You need to back up first as this process wipes your phones memory, then sync etc etc. probably worth getting it done by someone there. Be sure to back up.
