50,000 rupiah is only about $5 AUS... for unlimited access, even for the 7 or 8 days we have there, still sounds like a pretty good deal!
As you mentioned, we probably might use it also to contact drivers, or stay in touch with each other if we are doing more shopping/massages etc separately.
