Turn right from Garlic Lane onto Jl Padma - walk on the right hand side past Wayan & Friends & Legian Pub and stop opposite Lokha Hotel. There is a very narrow gang and above a faded sign says 3 Sisters and a small counter and sign listing prices for various sim cards. I top up there all the time. if you come to Legian Beach Bungalows you have walked too far.
