I'd be very cautious buying or topping up sims in there. It's a different price every time you go there and I even had one person tell me a price, then when a second person went to ring it up, they had added a bit more to it - until I questioned it and then it dropped back down again.
In fact, I'd be very cautious buying much of anything in there - it often gets rung up at a higher price than what is on the shelf, or even on the price sticker on the item itself. When you question it, the price rise just kicked in that day, apparently.
