bali belly can often be amaoebic dysentry and is not cured by charcoal etc.
If she actually has amaoebic dysentry then she requires a course of antibiotics such as Flagyl.
I always get a script filled before leaving Australia and then when I don't need them, donate them to Smudge for his charity.
