Turns out my friends son didn't have Bali Belly at all.. after accidently taking in some river water on our white water rafting trip, 3 days later he was unwell. Seemed strange to us that he was still unwell when we returned home and was evenually diagnosed with Giardia. Soon cleared up with medication and back to his normal self.
