clearly is the only new thing about this. Alcohol in your system has for a very long time been reason for Insce companies not to pay if THEY deem it to be a factor. Therefore I have always assumed that if I was hit by a Bintng delivery truck after 3 beers and it was in no way my fault then I would still have a problem getting my claim paid.
I assume that if I came down with Dengue fever or whatever after the same 3 beers then I would be able to claim successfully.
Insurance is a mine field and it pays to read the small print very carefully.
