Is a big westernised shopping centre, really quite popular with tourists.
Am afraid that after I saw the way it absolutely crumbled during the earthquake last year, while other older buildings survived around it, nothing inside would draw me back in.
But, it just depends what you are looking for, if you are driving past, have a look, but I just dont think its a must.
