If it's "Westfields" style you are looking for forget it.
Denpasar does have several department stores, more of the older Matahari style shopping, but not Western Oriented.
It's not easy to navigate around, and can be somewhat hectic, both people and traffic.
I sense that you may not be a seasoned traveller, and perhaps Denpasar is not for you.
I find it a fascinating place and a true Indonesian large town/city.
You will quite probably not like it.
