Well haven't done a lot just relaxing quite a bit of walking from Randys Cafe to end of Tamblingan then along Dano Poso nearly to the Bypass and then back to Tamblingan and cut through to the beach and the beautiful walk along the beach, back to our accommodation.
Have mainly been eating at the morning and night markets, just love this, a great little place and so cheap.10.000 for a fantastic mia gorang.I also love their pancakes with chocolate and nuts 9.000 if you don't want a whole one you can ask for half. There is a little warung down the lane to Mandurah spa, it doesn't look much but great food and cheap. Another is Warung mei in a side street off the markets. Both great food and cheap.
Couldn't help ourselves had to eat at Luhtu's at Shindu just love their chocolate brownies.
Went to Denpasar Wednesday to fabric street bought a little bit my friend went stupid. Couldn't get Lycra there so have to drag friend off to Alta Moda. Friend was so happy and bought up big, they were very busy, but there service is just fantastic. You pay a little more than fabric street but I feel its worth it.
Will be off to Mina the Tailor to get things made up, once she has worked out what she wants. I just have a few pce so thats easy.
Went to Burhan in Denpasar, shall let you know how this turns out, sorry to say but I just don't feel comfortable with this decision. I normally use Mrs Pac. Just a word Burhan is very very wealthy, and is quite well known through the expat community please don't leave extra gold or gems.
Went off Thursday to Bamboo Shoots cooking school, was fantastic only 4 of us. So relaxed and easy, we were all full as the family p--, had plenty of food. They made my favorite sticky black rice, even got to take some home, then had to go have a nana nap.
Meet a fantastic couple at the cooking school, look forward to catching up and having some drinks.
Plenty of great massages, I always look forward to these.
Daughter has gone off to Gilli for 3 nights, so have some peace for a few hours. Husband arrives tonight, flight has already been delayed one hour that just means more shopping.
I will head into Kuta later today and do some shopping and meet him at the airport.
