I am merely reporting that people have had problems with Mrs Pak, that's all. I have never dealt with Mr Pak. If you or anyone else chooses to, or has done so, then that's fine & dandy.
I believe that both the positives & negatives of any establishment should be posted so that anyone who chooses to use it does so with eyes wide open.
Of course Mrs Pak would've realised, after negative reports, that if a business relies on tourists for income then it's not a good idea to give bad service etc.
BTW, love your intentional misspelling of pompous - good one:)
