Several weeks ago I made a booking request with Bali Dolphins only to be told they are closed due to renovations. Acting upon advice from this very helpful forum, I then sought a booking through other sources. Today I received confirmation from BALI DOLPHINS of my original booking, when I questioned the booking (I did not want to double up) they said they did not have a booking in my name at all or with an agent on my behalf.
A short time later I received another email asking me to confirm my original booking asap. So I try to confirm it only to receive a reply telling me again that they do not have a booking in my name but if I would like to make one could I please provide all required details blah blah blah.
So now I do not know if I have one, two or three bookings with them, or none! Ah the joys :)
