How busy in Oz school hols?

Haven't been to Bali, and specifically Seminyak, during Australian school holidays before, and when going this July it will be at least NSW, WA and NT hols. Do forumites think I will have trouble getting tables at the most popular restaurants? How busy will it be, compared to when I went in early November last time? Your thoughts.
